air conditioning didn’t work properly.

i had a really chill stay at zedwell piccadilly circus. the cocoon 2 room was super comfy and just the right size for me. the staff was really nice n helpful, prob the best service i’ve ever gotten! check in was a breeze and i loved the peaceful vibe, perfect after a day exploring london.

but the shower situation was kinda annoying, it splashed everywhere n i also wish there were coat hooks in the room. a bit of a pain carrying my suitcase up stairs since there was no lift access to my floor.

The location couldn’t be better. we enjoyed the Jermyn Street Theatre and went ice skating at a nearby rink. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. Perfect for groups looking to explore!
